advice and service. For example, the firm develops compensation
packages; conducts wage and benefit surveys; drafts and administers
personnel policy manuals; develops and presents customized training
programs; conducts investigations; represents employers at administrative

A major resource available to DMG is our parent firm Blaugrund, Herbert & Martin Incorporated, which is one of the largest suburban law firms in the Columbus, Ohio, geographic area.
